In April 13, the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs held an online training course to improve border management capacity. The training course attracted more than 2,000 participants at 85 bridge points across 10 border provinces on the Viet Nam-Cambodia mainland.
This is the first online training course on border and territory, chaired and coordinated by the National Border Committee to provide and equip with information and skills to handle issues on the border lines.
Representatives of the Border Committee, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Border Guard Command introduced topics related to the Viet Nam-Cambodia border, in which they deepened and clarified how to recognize and use topographic maps to serve the management of the Vietnam-Cambodia border.

At the training course, Permanent Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Chairman of the National Border Committee Nguyen Minh Vu reaffirmed the results of resolving border and territorial issues in general, including the Viet Nam-Cambodia land border in particular, makes an important contribution to maintaining and strengthening the neighboring friendship with Cambodia, promoting economic, trade, cultural and tourism relations, further affirming the position and potential of the country.
